  1. V-82:
    • Function: Controls hydraulic cylinder speed and can be used as a shut-off valve for temporarily holding a load.
    • Ports: 3/8″ NPTF female ports.
    • Features: Rated for 700 bar operating pressure, NPTF porting to prevent leakage at rated pressure, and corrosion-resistant coating.
  2. V-182:
    • Function: Similar to V-82 but features ¼NPTF female ports. Also suitable for gauge snubbing applications.
    • Features: Rated for 700 bar operating pressure, NPTF porting to prevent leakage at rated pressure, and corrosion-resistant coating.
  3. V-8F:
    • Function: Similar to V-82 but designed for precise flow control with very fine metering. Not recommended for use as a shut-off valve.
    • Features: Rated for 700 bar operating pressure, NPTF porting to prevent leakage at rated pressure, and corrosion-resistant coating.
  4. V-91:
    • Function: Provides infinite adjustment for metering oil out of a gauge to prevent snapping of the gauge pointer when load or pressure is suddenly released. Suitable as a shut-off valve to protect the gauge during high cycle applications.
    • Ports: ½NPTF male and female threads, compatible with GA-1, GA-2, or GA-4 gauge adaptors.
    • Features: Rated for 700 bar operating pressure, NPTF porting to prevent leakage at rated pressure, and corrosion-resistant coating.
  5. V-10:
    • Function: Used for monitoring gauge pressure during high cycle applications, creating flow resistance when the load is suddenly released. Requires no adjustment.
    • Ports: 3/8″ NPTF male and female threads, compatible with GA-1, GA-2, or GA-4 gauge adaptors.
    • Features: Rated for 700 bar operating pressure, NPTF porting to prevent leakage at rated pressure, and corrosion-resistant coating.
  6. V-17:
    • Function: A ruggedly built valve that resists shock and operates with low pressure drop, closing smoothly without pounding.
    • Ports: 3/8″ NPTF female ports.

  7. V-42:
    • Function: Designed to be mounted on a hydraulic cylinder to hold the load in case of system pressure loss. Normally used with double-acting cylinders where the pilot port receives pressure from a tee fitting in the cylinder retract line.
    • Ports: 3/8″ NPTF female ports. Pilot pressure ratio: 14% (6.5:1).
    • Features: Rated for 700 bar operating pressure, NPTF porting to prevent leakage at rated pressure, and corrosion-resistant coating.
  8. V-66 / V-66NV:
    • Function: Used for load-holding applications with single and double-acting cylinders. Allows oil to flow back to the tank when the cylinder retracts. The V-66NV model features Viton seals for high-temperature applications and nickel-plating for maximum corrosion resistance.
    • Ports: 3/8″ NPTF female ports.
    • Features: Rated for 700 bar operating pressure, NPTF porting to prevent leakage at rated pressure, and corrosion-resistant coating.
  9. V-66F:
    • Function: Similar to V-66 but provides very fine metering capability for precise flow control. Not designed for load holding.
    • Ports: 3/8″ NPTF female ports.
    • Features: Rated for 700 bar operating pressure, NPTF porting to prevent leakage at rated pressure, and corrosion-resistant coating.
  10. V-152:
    • Function: Limits the pressure developed by the pump in a hydraulic circuit, thereby limiting the force on other components. The valve opens when the preset pressure is reached. The pressure setting can be increased by turning the handle clockwise.
    • Includes:
      • 0.9m return line hose kit
      • ±3% repeatability
      • 55-700 bar adjustment range
      • Viton seals for high-temperature applications and nickel-plating for maximum corrosion resistance.
    • Features: Rated for 700 bar operating pressure, NPTF porting to prevent leakage at rated pressure, and corrosion-resistant coating.
  11. V-161:
    • Function: Controls oil flow to a secondary circuit, blocking flow until the system pressure rises to the V-161 setting. Once the pressure level is reached, the valve opens, allowing flow to the secondary circuit. A pressure differential is always maintained between the primary and secondary circuits.
    • Minimum Operating Pressure: 140 bar.
    • Features: Rated for 700 bar operating pressure, NPTF porting to prevent leakage at rated pressure, and corrosion-resistant coating.
