This system is hydraulic-driven and automatically controlled by pressure and displacement closed-loop. The system is widely applied in rubber support replacement of expressway, lifting of flyovers and river bridges, modification of heavy equipment.

The components and principle of the system

This system was composed of high pressure hydraulic pump, hydraulic control valve group, hydraulic cylinders, displacement detection device, pressure detection devices, one set of electrical control parts. The flow of the pump in this system is controlled by changing the switch frequency of the output valve, that means the output flow can be flexibly adjusted. And equipped with suitable closed-loop control valves, with pressure and displacement closed-loop. Thus, every cylinder can be precisely controlled to achieve synchronous lifting and keep balanced load when in weighing process.
